On June 28, 2018, Digital Advice Live! gathered attendees to explore how businesses can take on the challenge of having to create better human-digital experiences. On September 21, 2017, Digital Advice Live! brought together professionals from diverse industries for an inspirational day in London. The conference featured speakers from companies such as T-Mobile, Miele, Swisscom, and Trek Bicycle who shared their in-depth knowledge on implementing effective Digital Advice strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The keynote, held by David A. Smith, futurologist at GFF, informed the audience about the key challenges of the near future.

On June 22, 2016, Digital Advice Live! kicked off in New York City, covering the theme "Needs-based Personalization" and exploring how businesses can become their customers' trusted advisor to stay relevant in a digital world. Barry Schwartz, author of the highly influential book "The Paradox of Choice", and representatives of companies including West Marine, Newell Brands, SapientNitro, and Perfect Linens left the audience inspired as they discussed hot topics such as choice overload, digitization and digital advice.

Vienna, 2015

On June 16, 2015, the first-ever Digital Advice Live! welcomed attendees in Vienna to exchange ideas and best practices around implementing effective Guided Selling. The inspiring keynote "Helping Shoppers Choose – Why Guided Selling Really Matters" by Peter Sheldon, fmr. VP and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, was followed by several companies sharing their first-hand experiences and tips.
