On June 22, 2016, Digital Advice Live! kicked off in New York City, covering the theme "Needs-based Personalization" and exploring how businesses can become their customers' trusted advisor to stay relevant in a digital world. On June 16, 2015, the first-ever Digital Advice Live! welcomed attendees in Vienna to exchange ideas and best practices around implementing effective Guided Selling. The inspiring keynote "Helping Shoppers Choose – Why Guided Selling Really Matters" by Peter Sheldon, fmr.
